To request a refund, simply contact our customer support team within 3 days of your subscription start date. We will ask you for some basic information, including your name, email address, and reason for the refund request. Once we have processed your request, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for your subscription.
Please note that refunds can only be issued for subscriptions that have been active for 3 days or less. Additionally, refunds cannot be issued for any subscription renewals or upgrades.
